A breath of fresh air. After using the likes of ADT and being driven crazy with having to have their call centre for support on speed dial from month one of installation and pretty much every month thereafter it was by far one of the best decisions I've made to switch all my pharmacy CCTV/Monitoring and Fire satiety to Genie Cloud. From the first visit by Ash to survey the sites he was thorough and very professional, then the installations around my own schedules by Prads and the team - to be able to do the installations they did whilst we continued our operations in 3 of the Pharmacies was incredible we had great business continuity and the end result was fantastic. Finally the fourth installation in a newly refitted store went great they worked with my other contractors and visited multiple times to ensure the final product was just as good as the others. If I could give GenieCloud 6 stars I would. The whole team are extremely professional and efficient. Ash came to survey all the sites and was ready to install all cameras within a week. Prads and his team installed all cameras excellently. They were very respectful of the property and considerate. Not one wire is visible. Cannot recommend these guys more.
